EBI Ranks No.1 Among Background Screening Providers In HRO Todays Customer Satisfaction Survey

OWINGS MILLS, MD — November 19, 2010 — Employment Background Investigations, Inc. (EBI) has been ranked the top background screening provider in the 2010 HRO Today Magazine’s annual customer satisfaction survey.

The annual study entitled – 2010 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Top Screening and Assessment Providers — is based on customer survey data which rates the scope of products and services offered, the scale of the contract including total number of individuals screened, and accessibility and performance of customer service.
