CHICAGO & WOBURN, MA — May 18, 2011 — The American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and HealthcareSource®, the leader in talent management software solutions for the healthcare industry, today jointly announce the opening of the online Healthcare HR Initiatives Survey at yourhrinitiatives.com.

The Healthcare HR Initiatives Survey is hosted by HealthcareSource and co-sponsored by ASHHRA. This survey will solicit input from healthcare human resource professionals nationwide on how HR organizations in hospitals across the U.S. are prioritizing ways to reduce costs, while also improving patient satisfaction and patient safety.

Those who wish to participate should go online to www.yourhrinitiatives.com to complete a five-minute, five-question survey.

All qualified participants will receive a report summarizing its results, and will be able to attend an initiation-only Webinar in which the results will be co-presented by ASHHRA and HealthcareSource.
