The integration with GP/PAM will help Kineticom ensure that all hiring activity initiated within the SmartSearch front office system for applicant tracking and customer relationship management will transition seamlessly to the back office and payroll to provide a complete solution. Web Services are used for remote access to customer, vendor and employee data. This allows the viewing of invoices, timesheets and payment information, and is tightly integrated to eliminate duplicate data entry, streamline workflow, and ensure accuracy.
