The survey results were announced by HRO Today on August 18, 2011. The results were based upon a survey completed by nearly 500 HR executives from 266 companies who are current buyers of RPO services on more than 45 RPO providers. RPO providers were rated on the breadth of their service, the size of the programs they manage and the quality of service provided.
The market was grouped into three lists: 1) the Enterprise Bakers Dozen list, which consists of the top providers in RPO; 2) the Global Market Providers and 3) the top Mid-Market and Project/On-Demand Providers.
