In this role, Wipf will provide strategic oversight of the client delivery model, construct solutions to address client and prospect needs, oversee development of the senior client delivery team and collaborate with others on company strategy.

Previously, Wipf spent nine years at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals where she most recently served as Executive Director of Global Recruitment. In this role, she oversaw the global recruitment program for the UK, Sweden and the US where she partnered with The RightThing to outsource the US program. Wipf received the Human Capital Institute award for Recruitment Innovation and was recognized in HRO Today as an outsourcing Super Star in 2009 and 2010. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Wipf was a consultant for twelve years with Cap Gemini where her focus was in change management, organization architecture, process development and implementation.
