Milton, Fla., Oct. 26, 2011 – John Prumatico, formerly of Microsoft, has recently joined the Ropella Group to launch the new and improved Ropella Consultant Search division.

Prumatico comes to Ropella from Microsoft, where he was the director of human resources. He began his career in organizational development with Westinghouse Nuclear, where he was part of the company’s leadership development team of in-house consultants and trainers. Hehas a bachelor’s degree in Management and OD from the University of West Florida and earned certifications in facilitation, leadership and training from Scientific Methods, MOHR Development and the Harvard Business School’s Strategic Human Resources Executive Program.
