Winning Together with Profiles International and World Leaders at the 21st Annual Global Conference

The five-day event, with the theme “Winning Together,” will bring together Profiles International clients, partners, and national directors representing over 120 countries including the US.

This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Peter Cappelli, the George W. Taylor Professor of Management and director of HR at the Wharton School of Business. Dr. Cappelli has authored several Harvard Business Review articles and the book ‘Talent on Demand’. His keynote address will focus on talent management in the 21st century. Dr. Cappelli’s recent research examines the implications of changes in employment relations in the US.

Attendees can choose from a variety of training sessions and presentations by clients, partners and industry experts while also meeting with strategic sales and account managers from Profiles’ headquarters.

“As a global company, we place tremendous value on the opportunity to have quality one-on-one time with our colleagues,” said Bud Haney, president of Profiles International. “Technology keeps us in touch, but the ability to share ideas in person cannot be underestimated,” continued Haney, “especially with clients and partners from around the world.”

Certification training for using assessments is a key component of working with Profiles solutions. The conference provides a great opportunity for in-depth training between Profiles staff and attendees. These sessions equip the participants with the knowledge and ability to become an assessment expert within their own organization.

Each year, awards are presented to the client, partner, and national director of the year. The recipients are honored for their superior quality of work and sales performance in their home countries and organizations.

The event concludes with a cocktail party and formal dinner where guests can relax and socialize with colleagues from all over the world.
