HRevolution is partnering with the HR Technology Conference & Expo to present a groundbreaking networking event that enables HR professionals, recruiters, consultants and vendors to come together to discuss and debate the future of HR. It also aims to connect attendees with the brightest and most innovative leaders in the industry. During the “What the CEO Wants” session, attendees will hear accomplished business leaders Mike Psenka, senior vice president of Workforce Analytics for Equifax Workforce Solutions, and Jade Bourelle, CEO of Talent Tech, discuss how talent acquisition and leadership are crucial to achieving continued growth and development.
Participants will learn what HR professionals can and should do to better communicate with their CEOs, the issues that weigh most heavily on a CEO, and the expectations CEOs have of HR that are not realized. Psenka and Bourelle will also address whether CEOs have a different relationship or expectations for talent acquisition versus the broad HR function. Additionally, they will discuss the potential red flags HR and talent acquisition leaders should look out for when dealing with executive leadership.
