GreenJobInterview To Launch “GreenJob One-Way™”
On-Demand Video Interview Solution
Live Interview Pioneer Expands Product Suite; Taps HR Community for Insights

COSTA MESA, CA, October 6, 2012 —GreenJobInterview, the pioneer in live virtual job interviewing, will soon introduce a new on-demand, recorded interview platform — GreenJob One-Way™ — designed to complement its original, award-winning real-time technology and increase opportunities for employers and job-seekers to connect. Slated for beta testing by year’s end, GreenJob One-Way™ will allow candidates to record video responses to interview questions, which can then be reviewed, evaluated and shared by hiring managers.

The company is also set to unveil GreenJob Meeting™, a cost-effective, easy-to-use virtual solution for facilitating employee orientations, employee reviews, sales meetings and other non-interview related meetings requiring seamless, secure live participation across multiple locations. Both technologies will be built around the company’s world-class customer service model.

“GreenJob One-Way™ and GreenJob Meeting™ are natural outcomes of our video interviewing model. As we look to the future, we anticipate an even more comprehensive interviewing platform with our solutions evolving in ways that will help organizations improve all aspects of their talent acquisition process,” says Greg Rokos, president of GreenJobInterview. “Our goal is to help clients extract greater value from the interviewing cycle potentially through things like interview education technology, skills assessment, and even storage and data analysis as well as to help them become more knowledgeable and strategic in their use of these technologies and solutions.”

Turning to its own customer base to help shape a “best in class” on-demand solution, GreenJobInterview is forming focus groups to better ascertain what the HR community wants and needs in a recorded interview technology. More than 300 organizations, including 40 of the FORTUNE 500 from industries as diverse as retail, healthcare, hospitality and technology, utilize the GreenJobInterview live virtual interviewing platform.

“As recruiters ourselves, we understand the value of a personal connection. GreenJob One-Way™ is the evolution of that philosophy,” says Rokos. “We recognize that there are situations where a recorded interview may better serve an organization or job candidate. We wanted to take advantage of our expertise and work with our clients to deliver a one-way or on-demand solution that still enables a personal connection and truly acts as a bridge, rather than a barrier, to hiring.”

GreenJob One-Way™ will be well-suited for a variety of recruiting situations including high- volume and entry-level hiring, according to Rokos. The platform enables employers to narrow down candidates from a large talent pool and gives candidates who might not otherwise be seen an opportunity to engage with hiring organizations. The technology is also ideal for screening customer-facing positions and others when resumes and backgrounds might be virtually identical. Rokos notes that the technology also offers convenience to passive job seekers, who can record answers at their convenience, along with recruiters who can review the recorded interviews as their time permits. The company anticipates customers using the technology in advance of conducting live virtual interviews.

An easy-to-implement technology, GreenJob One-Way™ will offer a host of cost and time saving benefits, many recognizable to those familiar with the GreenJobInterview virtual solution, including:

• An on-demand platform to record and review interviews anywhere in the world;
• ability to record responses via webcam from PCs, laptops, iPads, smartphones and other mobile devices;
• an improved candidate experience and greater convenience for job-seekers and recruiters;
• an increased candidate pool;
• a first-round interviewing and screening tool when resumes and backgrounds are virtually identical;
• ability to facilitate efficient feedback from multiple decision makers in a company;
• advanced employment branding;
• secure and easy-to-use technology and concierge-level support services;
• reduced time-to-hire; and
• reduced environmental impact.

The company expects beta testing of GreenJob One-Way™ to begin later this year. GreenJob One-Way™ and GreenJob Meeting™ will be available publicly in early 2013.
