What:
(Webinar) Shared Service Centers and How to Manage Them via Technology
There are some clear benefits of Shared Service Centers, such as:
- a unified global HR vision for HR policies, procedures and processes
- fast resolution of employee HR issues
- significantly less workload on HR
- transparent HR toolkits for all employees and managers

But what is sometimes overlooked is the unexpected benefit of greater standardization and harmonization of HR related information throughout the enterprise. And even more surprising can be the ability for the case management system to assist in the areas of mergers and acquisitions. This presentation will focus on the benefits that can be achieved by a Shared Service Center and how technology can be leveraged to achieve them. It will use the case study of a $5 Billion Global Engineering Firm that implemented a case management system and improved their overall HR operations.
