For the 2013 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings, feedback was collected from program subscribers of each of the services’ buyers in an online survey. In order to determine an overall ranking, results were analyzed across the three subcategories. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, scores in all three categories contributed to the overall ranking of program providers.
