In addition to solid direct sales the company’s partner channel increased bookings by over 20% from the year ago period.

During the second quarter HRsmart’s products also received several high rankings from analysts in the human capital management space. Among those praising HRsmart was McLean and Co., who placed the company’s unified SaaS offering in the “Champion” quadrant for the Talent Management market. Among the reasons offered for this highest ranking were the solution’s intuitive user interface and full mobile device support. HRsmart also received the “King” ranking in the 2013 Federys Talent Solutions Benchmark study for its total talent management suite. Several of the company’s individual solutions also ranked in the top category, among those were the company’s performance management offering.
