Before joining Businessolver, Feferman spent four years at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), now Xerox, in the Advisor Relations program where she was responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key outsourcing industry influencers. She also helped shape market perceptions, and directly influenced RFP inclusions.
