Patricia Hughes Joins Montage Executive Team

Delafield, WI (October 22, 2013) – Montage, a provider of purpose-built video interviewing solutions to the Global 5000, announced today that Patricia Hughes has joined the company as Vice President of Strategic Alliances. In this role, Hughes will be responsible for all partnership strategy, pursuit, enablement and management for RPO, global staffing, technology and referral partners.

Hughes brings to Montage more than 20 years of business and partner development experience in the human capital industry. During her career, she has worked with such well known brands as AT&T, GlaxoSmithKline, Northrop Grumman, McKesson, ACS and General Dynamics.

Before joining Montage, Hughes was the Director of Strategic Alliances at KnowledgeAdvisors, a talent analytics technology and consulting services provider. In a prior role, she was a Global Business Development Executive at SkillSoft Corp., where she delivered exceptional results for strategic international clients. Hughes earned her BA in business management and economics from North Carolina State University and holds a CA-AM certification from the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
