Holman Moving Systems today announced that that the company has won United’s Customer Choice Award for 2013. The coveted award is based on customer service survey results, as well as van line stat ratings in claims, safety, revenue distribution and billing and quality of labor for the period of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013.

Customer choice honorees were chosen from 357 agencies participating in United’s comprehensive Customer Service Survey Process. Recognition is in seven size categories, which are determined by the total number of household goods shipments registered annually. The winners are recognized as the very best in total quality performance for their size category. Holman Moving Systems won the Customer Choice Award for the 1,200 plus shipment category, which is the largest shipment category.
