Profiles International Announces New Chief Research Officer

Waco, TX. January 24, 2014-Talent management solutions provider, Profiles International, recently announced the promotion of Dr. Amanda Howard, Ph.D. to Chief Research Officer of Profiles International. Dr. Howard joined Profiles in 2011 as Director of Research and Development. The announcement was made January 16, 2014 at the Profiles Annual World Conference in Fort Worth, Texas.

“Dr. Howard is an expert in her field, and has been a key player in the development of innovative and customized solutions supporting our clients and partners worldwide,” said Dr. Scott Hamilton, Chief Science Officer at Profiles International.

Dr. Howard is responsible for ensuring psychometric validation of Profiles’ suite of solutions for use in over 120 countries, providing consultative and data analytic support to the sales and service teams, and producing thought capital focused on current issues in workforce management.

ABOUT DR. AMANDA HOWARD, Ph.D.
Dr. Howard holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Baylor University with a doctoral minor in statistics, specializing in experimental design. Her post-doctoral education includes research fellowships in business development and marketing in the Keller Center for Research and MBA program from Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business. Dr. Howard’s work has been published in Applied Cognitive Psychology, Applied Psychology in Criminal Justice, Keller Center Research Report, and the Encyclopedia of Human Behavior. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Inc.
