Validity Screening Solutions Continues Expansion;
Adds Barbara Simmer as Director of Business Development

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (January 27, 2014) — Validity Screening Solutions, the premier provider of employment screening and drug testing services, is pleased to welcome Barbara Simmer as Director of Business Development. Simmer joins Validity with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and more than 12 years hands on HR experience. In this newly created role at Validity, Simmer will use her proven success in growth management to guide the company’s invigorated focus on providing an integrated screening solution to its clients.

Simmer was selected because she is an award-winning leader with a proven track record of achievement in business development and operations. Her extensive experience and credentials in the human resources field, along with her knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues will accelerate Validity’s ability to reach new clients, markets and strategic alliances.
