Profiles International to Host Leadership Workshop at Third Latin American Human Capital Forum

Waco, TX. March 19, 2014 – Global assessment solutions provider, Profiles International, is pleased to announce that Edith Tiencken, LATAM Consulting Strategist, will lead an interactive workshop as part of the third Latin American Human Capital Forum, Oil and Gas 2014, in Rio de Janeiro.

The four-day event will take place March 24-27, 2014, and is focused on transforming HR impact, enhancing workforce planning, and accelerating capability development.

Tiencken’s interactive workshop is titled, “Developing leadership development programs that fast-track new leaders and create a culture of satisfaction and loyalty.” The workshop will be broken into three parts, and is designed for oil and gas organizational development and leadership specialists who want to explore how to analyze the current difficulties and design of developing a new leadership strategy.

Workshop attendees will break into four groups and be required to evaluate a number of leadership scenario challenges. Topics to be covered include:

-Exploring and benchmarking current leadership models
-Bringing a case in point: Gen Y, hierarchical management, fast-tracking leaders
-Exploration of international success cases
