Outplacement Software Provider Insala Releases Version 5 of EmploymentTalk(TM)

DALLAS/FT. WORTH – Insala, a leading global provider of outplacement software, is pleased to announce the successful release of Version 5 of EmploymentTalk(TM).

EmploymentTalk(TM), available since 2000, is the leading career transition solution. Outplacement and career management firms use it as a comprehensive solution powering their practices, client delivery, consultant management, and to improve the overall experience of career transition for all participants. EmploymentTalk(TM) also helps organizations that offer career services including recruitment firms, job boards, career centers, universities and companies with exiting employees.

Version 5 features both new functionality and an updated user interface. Job candidates using the Version 5 portal will have access to increased job leads with the new integration with Indeed, and will be prompted to engage with their coaches and job search from a dynamic homepage.

Additionally, organizations will be able to proactively develop content to engage candidates on their portal, report on user engagement across the portal, and send targeted communications to candidates.

In addition to the new tools to engage candidates, Version 5 features video help and tutorials, social media integration, and a smartphone application.

“It’s a very significant upgrade,” says Stephen Grindrod, Director of Marketing and Operations. “There’s been a very high level of investment in the development of Version 5, and it’s being released at a very good time as mobile, social media, and video have exploded in today’s market, and are increasingly being used in the process of career transition.”

Insala is now in the process of upgrading current EmploymentTalk(TM) clients to Version 5.

“This is cutting-edge technology, but, at the end of the day, it’s about more than that,” says CEO Phillip Roark. “It goes beyond the new features and functionality to be about what Version 5 as a whole can do for people who are in transition — that is, help them chart and track their journey, be supported on their way, and more importantly stay engaged in more ways and from more places until they successfully achieve their next career move successfully.”
