MBA Focus becomes the first MBA CSEA Approved Standards Vendor for Employment Reporting

MBA Focus, a career service and recruitment software company based out of Dublin, Ohio, announces that they have been officially credited by the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance (MBA CSEA) as the first Approved Standards Vendor for proper employment data collection and reporting.

The Standards for Reporting MBA Employment Statistics were created in 1996 to establish a globally accepted method for graduate business school career management offices to capture and present their candidates’ employment information. Through these standards, schools can report more accurate and consistent data to recruiters, prospective students, media outlets, etc. in a previously agreed upon format.

MBA Focus partners with more than 75+ of the world’s leading graduate business schools and professional associations, providing them with a range of specialized career service software solutions and employer connections. Included in their Global Talent System (GTS) platform, and available as a standalone product, is their MBA CSEA certified Employment Reporting Tool. This tool has recently been audited and approved for meeting all of the standards set by MBA CSEA, and serves to simplify the employment reporting process for business schools with their one-click export of MBA student employment data.

“The team at MBA Focus is thrilled about becoming the first MBA CSEA Approved Standards Vendor for reporting employment data,” says Heather Krumpak, Vice President of School Partnerships at MBA Focus. “We’ve been working really hard with the organization to make sure that we could establish the most valid and efficient method for our school partners’ reporting purposes, as well as provide an option to other schools in search of a simple solution.”

The Employment Reporting Tool is available through MBA Focus for all MBA CSEA school members, and is being offered at a 50% discount through the end of July. More information about the Standards for Reporting MBA Employment can be viewed here: http://www.mbacsea.org/data
