Small businesses go through the same growing pains that larger companies experience, but we also face our own challenges in being considered a ‘small’ business. Hiring is one of those challenges. Candidates either want to be a part of a large company or love being a part of something new with a start-up feel, where their voice is heard and they feel they can make an impact.

We are happy to report that we are growing!

We’ve recently made two new hires. One is a partnership with the Department of IO Psychology at Bowling Green University on a research project that will continue helping us explore our pre-employment assessment tools.

Our second hire is internal; we have brought on a very talented individual to help us garner new leads and generate business to continue marketing our invaluable pre-hire assessment tools to business owners who want to hire better people.
