Owings Mills, MD — Employment Background Investigations, Inc. (EBI) today announced that its J-OneTM Employment Screening platform has achieved certified integration with SAP(R) SuccessFactors(R) Recruiting. EBI designed this solution to deliver customers the highest level of compliance, reduce the cost and time to hire, and provide enhanced proactive communications to drive informed hiring decisions. The solution also helps ensure that the customer’s brand is protected as candidates go through the hiring and screening process.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that J-One Employment Screening, version 3.14 integrates with cloud solutions from SAP using standard integration technologies, running as an add-on to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

“We are delighted to announce the successful achievement of SAP certification for our J-One Employment Screening Platform,” said Richard Kurland, CEO at EBI. “This is a major achievement for EBI and a true testament to our dedication to technology, security and compliance. The ability of our customers to leverage the business benefits provided by the certified solution will help them save time and money, and get their new hires into their roles quicker. This certified integration focused on enhancing both the candidate and the client experience.”

As a result of the certified integration, and leveraging the capabilities of the SAP ICC, EBI can now provide measurable business value:

– No middleware requirements, reducing costs and IT support;

– Compliance built in to the platform, helping to provide customers with the peace of mind that they are hiring a compliant workforce;

– Quick and simple deployment, which means faster time to production at lower cost;

– Continuous communication of where the candidates are in the employment screening process, which supports better-informed hiring decisions and timelines.
