ARAG Announces Enhancements to Legal Mobile App

DES MOINES, IA — As a leader in legal insurance, ARAG is constantly looking for ways to provide the best customer experience to plan members. This includes introducing several new enhancements to the ARAG legal app to make it even easier for plan members to select and connect with attorneys. Highlights include:

– Member ratings and reviews of ARAG Network Attorneys are now displayed. ARAG continuously collects plan member feedback about their ARAG experience — and the company is now sharing that information as part of the ARAG Network Attorney profile. When plan members view an attorney’s profile, they’ll see his or her overall satisfaction rating in addition to individual ratings and detailed reviews from other plan members.

– More ways for members to sort and filter attorney search results. Additional options include average rating, reduced fee, years on the ARAG network and more.

– The app will provide plan-specific attorney fee information. A dynamic display will allow members to view different benefit levels their coverage offers, such paid-in-full benefits or capped-hour benefits.
