Susanne Bowen is a proven CEO, industry leader and board director in the software industry with over 30 years of sales and general management experience in technology companies. She has led four SaaS companies as CEO and has served on public, private and professional association boards, contributing expertise in market strategy and leading growth. Susanne has established herself as an accomplished leader in the enterprise SaaS industry and as an expert in the Human Capital Management (HCM) field. Prior to its successful sale to Vista Equity Partners, Susanne Bowen held the role of CEO leading PeopleAdmin’s operations and guiding overall business strategy as this market leading provider of Talent Management Solutions to higher education drove market and product expansion. She served as the CEO of Webhire, Inc., a leading Talent Management provider assisting mid-size companies and healthcare organizations attract, hire and retain top talent. Prior to Webhire, Susanne held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for Workscape, Inc., where she was instrumental in driving customer results through innovative employee communication, performance management and benefits outsourcing solutions. Susanne Bowen earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and attended the Wharton School, Aresty Institute of Executive Education, Directors’ Consortium. She resides in Austin, Texas.
