Philadelphia, PA – April 26, 2018 – SharedXpertise, publisher of HRO Today and HRO Today Global magazines and producer of HRO Today Forum events, announced that Candy Hipple has joined the organization as managing director of HRO Today Advisory Services.

Candy comes to SharedXpertise with over 20 years of experience in the workforce industry with KellyOCG (Outsourcing and Consulting Group), spanning multiple disciplines that include consulting, operations, strategy, product development and finance. She held several senior roles as a vice president and officer, including leadership of the MSP and RPO practices, where she had operational and financial responsibility for the Americas, UK, Europe and Asia. She was also instrumental in the formation of Kelly’s talent consulting practice, focused on total workforce management and planning.

Candy holds a master’s degree in finance from Walsh College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oakland University, and is also certified by the Human Capital Institute in Strategic Workforce Planning and Human Capital Strategy.
