Berkshire Associates’ President, Beth Ronnenburg to Present at SHRM18 Annual Conference in Chicago

Columbia, MD–June 11, 2018, Berkshire Associates, a human resources consulting and technology firm, announces today that President, Beth Ronnenburg, will present at the 2018 SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition being held in Chicago, June 17-20. Beth’s conference session, “How to Audit Your Applicant Tracking Process for Compliance,” is on June 19, 2017, at 7:00 a.m. in room E350.

With the recent number of monetary settlements in fail-to-hire cases and rigorous audits by the OFCCP prove it’s not enough to simply have an applicant tracking process. Beth has over 20 years of HR compliance experience. She understands the challenges that many companies face with regulatory requirements of OFCCP.
