SASKATOON, CANADA (February 10, 2016) cfactor Works Inc. (cfactor), developer of the award-winning Vibe HCM system of engagement, today announces that they are a “Next Chapter” sponsor at CPK’s Operators’ Conference. The conference will take place on February 22 – 25, at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, Carlsbad, California.
Vendors and partners will gather for three days to enrich relationships, exchange ideas and celebrate success. The conference includes presentations from CPK’s senior leadership, keynote speakers, competitions and two “giving back” events: Inspired Acts and KINDNESS Fund.
Inspired Acts is a one day event set aside for conference team members to go out into the community and help pay it forward. This year the team members will join additional volunteers at Camp Pendleton Marine base doing work at the Lake O’Neill Recreation Facility. The projects will involve refinishing a basketball court, enhancing a mini-golf course, refurbishing horse-shoe pits, cleaning up some boats, painting, and adding some landscaping.
The CPK KINDNESS Fund is a charitable fund established and funded by the generosity of CPK’s employees. These CPK employees have all pledged in extending their support, hand to hand, to touch and assist in the lives of fellow CPK employees in their time of need. The Auction held during the Operator’s Conference is a wonderful way to raise awareness and necessary funds to supplement the donations made by CPK employees to truly make a difference in other employee’s lives during times of difficulty and hardship.
