Philadelphia, PA – January 30, 2018 – HRO Today, a leading publication in the HR industry, has announced the launch of its first HRO Today Services and Technology Association Summit – a conference and training retreat for HR services and technology providers, analysts and practitioners working in or with a services partner.

This event will take place October 17-18, 2018, at the Union League in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with the theme of “The Greatest HR Association Show on Earth.”

The HRO Today Services and Technology Association, originally founded in 2002, is a membership-based community dedicated to professional development, peer-to-peer networking opportunities and topical service and technology content. Members collaborate in a community that serves to improve the business of HR.

“Since the association’s start, our main objective has been to provide our members, buyers and practitioners with a marketplace to network and discuss service and technology advancements, and we’re thrilled to provide additional opportunities with this summit,” said Zachary Misko, president of the HRO Today Services and Technology Association. “By bringing HR professionals together in this setting, we will be blazing new trails in our ever-evolving field. We spend so much time working in the industry, we need to spend time working on the industry.”

Training to improve the efficiency of processes and protocols, learning the standards of ethical performance, and a certification program for providers will all be important components of this year’s summit. In addition, on the evening of the second day, the HRO Today Services and Technology Association annual HR industry awards gala will take place and will announce the 2018 North America award winners.
