Beth Yates Joins Interaction Associates as Senior Consultant in San Francisco

San Francisco, August 12, 2013 – Interaction Associates (IA), a leader in building collaborative organizations with significant levels of trust, effective employee involvement, and strong business results, has announced that Beth Yates has joined the firm as Senior Consultant. Yates’ role will involve partnering with global clients to deliver learning, consulting, and coaching services.

Yates has extensive experience designing and delivering training initiatives and processes to meet client needs at a variety of organizations, from Fortune 500 to technology start-ups to manufacturing shops. In addition to her work at Interaction Associates, she delivered seminar programs for Horizon Leadership and Eagle’s Flight. Her development topics have included facilitation, leadership, team, software development, communication, and management skills.

Yates holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Humboldt State University. She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Life Coach, and Active Training™ Programs, and is a trained and highly experienced mediator.
