West Des Moines, Iowa (January 26, 2016) – Businessolver, a leading benefits administration technology company, today announced the company’s distinction among the top ten of 100 companies in the “Best Mentoring Program” category and among the top 20 of 200 companies in the “Best Use of Team Building” category of the 2016 Leadership 500 Excellence Awards presented by HR.com.
Businessolver was recognized specifically for its mentoring program, Professional Development Program (PDP), a two-year rotational experience that allows young professionals the opportunity to learn about the benefits industry and cross-functionally train to work in at least three different areas of the company. By completion, participants know the purpose of every role in the company and how they work together to further Businessolver’s mission of delighting clients.
