Finalists of iTalent 2 Competition Will Present to Expert Panel at 2011 HR Demo Show

Las Vegas, NV, May 18, 2011—The seven finalists of the iTalent 2 competition, which was open to innovative startup companies that have developed cutting-edge talent management solutions, will soon pitch their offerings to a special panel of HR and recruiting technology analysts, practitioners and influencers at the 2011 HR Demo Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, May 24 through 26, at the Venetian Hotel, Resort and Casino. The panel will then share their impressions, good and bad, with the finalists, who may well go onto become established leaders in the field of talent management technology.

The seven iTalent 2 finalists will have five minutes to demo their solutions, after which they will take questions from the panel and the audience. The companies that will be demonstrating their solutions are:

“We’re honored to be a finalist in the iTalent 2 competition, and we’re absolutely delighted to have this opportunity to present our solution to the experts at the HR Demo Show,” said Matthew Brown, director of business development for Work4 Labs.

The judging panel will include Kevin W. Grossman of Ventana Research, Mark McMillan of the Talent Junction Group, and the HR Demo Show blog squad made up of HR and recruiting practitioners.

“The HR Demo Show is the perfect venue for the culmination of our second iTalent competition, especially with so many experts, thought leaders and HR professionals coming together in one place,” said Evy Wilkins, organizer of iTalent 2. “Think about it—a roomful of top talent executives, experienced entrepreneurs and fellow techies, all gathered to listen to seven startups pitch their latest innovations in talent management. It might be a bit nerve-racking for the presenters but it’s going to fascinating and fun for all.”

“The iTalent 2 competition is one more great reason that the HR Demo Show is the only show for anyone interested in the latest HR technology,” said Elliot Clark, CEO of SharedXpertise and creator of the HR Today Forum. “Past attendees have always rated the Show’s live technology demonstrations very highly because they love being able to interact directly with trail-blazers in HR technology. This year, with the iTalent 2 competition as part of our agenda, I expect their ratings will go through the roof.”

The HR Demo Show is one of four summits taking place at the HRO Today Forum, which assembles HR and recruiting change agents and business executives from across the globe to discuss and define the future of HR services and technology.
