Interaction Associates Strengthens its Client Solutions Staff with Appointment of Ursula Liff in Boston

BOSTON, MA. December 18, 2013 – Interaction Associates, the global consulting and training innovator that helps people work better together for strong business results, announced today it has named Ursula Liff as Client Solutions Director in its Boston, MA office.

Liff has 10 years of professional experience in a variety of roles in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she founded conSOUL, an online career coaching and professional development company for mid-level professionals. While building this company, Liff served as an Interim Director of Development for Room to Grow, crafted successful new business proposals for Arnold Worldwide, and was part of the team that launched the bike share programs in Boston and New York City.

Liff’s prior experience includes a stint as Business Strategy Manager at Arnold Worldwide, Manager of Public Affairs and Communications at Dancing Deer Baking Co., and Director of Campaign Fundraising for the Campaign to Elect Thomas M. Menino Mayor of Boston.

Liff is involved with non-profit organizations including Room to Grow and the Emerald Necklace Conservancy. She is a member of Tomorrow’s Women Today, a group of women identified by the Massachusetts Women’s Forum as future leaders of Boston. Liff received her BA in Drama/Art History at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York and her MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
