WACO, TX, April, 2, 2013 — Profiles International, an industry leader in assessment solutions, today announced it will host a new series of HRCI-Approved webinars. “CIA Inhibitors that Stifle Change in Your Organization: Conflict, Indifference and Agreement,” will take place April 23 at 11:00 AM CDT and will be presented by Sherry Perkins, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Consulting at Profiles International.
The webinar will describe the three critical inhibitors to successful implementation of a significant change within an organization: conflict, indifference, and agreement. Attendees will learn the potential impact from these factors, as well as methods for counteracting the negative influences from these inhibitors.
Profiles International will host monthly HRCI-approved webinars. Each webinar is pre-approved for one recertification credit hour toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. Presenter Ms. Perkins has a Masters in Organizational Development, and over thirty years’ experience in Human Resources, Management, and Consulting.
