SAN JOSE, Calif. / May 25, 2010 — Personal mastery, cultivating collaboration and creating the best place to work are key elements of a leadership development webinar today from Glowan Consulting Group.

The 60-minute webinar will take place Tuesday, May 25, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (2 – 3 p.m. ET). Principal partners John Anderson and Marc Michaelson will explain Glowan Consulting’s L3 leadership learning model, which examines three critical attributes of being an effective manager:

– L1: Personal mastery and work-life integration.
– L2: Cultivating and sustaining collaborative advantage with others.
– L3: Creating the best place to work with a culture of high engagement.

“Leadership is more about who you are than what position you hold, what training you’ve had or what personality traits you bring to work and life situations,” said Anderson. “It’s based on your state-of-being: your character, integrity, authenticity, and above all, a belief in oneself.”

To register for the webinar, visit https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/119510672. Participants will also receive a copy of Glowan’s E-book, “L3 Leadership State-of-Being: A Holistic Approach to Leadership.”
