Led by four, highly seasoned industry veterans including John Hancock, Strategic Vice President of Partnerships, Amber York, Senior Director, Solution Design, Tammy Embry, Sourcing Specialist, and Fiona Noyes, Senior Manager, Proposals & Solutions the team will work with both current and prospective clients to further enrich candidate experience, cost savings and future business success.

With over 18 years of experience in the recruiting industry within the UK, Asian, Australian and US markets, Hancock, serving as Managing Director since 2009, has led the initiatives on implementing key strategic partnerships and held commercial responsibility for creating the most cost effective business models for large scale engagements. Now as Strategic Vice President of Partnerships, Hancock will oversee the Solutions Team ensuring client needs align with the most cost effective and synergistic solution, incorporating strategic partnerships, custom models and specialized resources to maximize results. Previously, Hancock served as Managing Director for Capital H Group’s RPO Division. Prior to Capital H, Hancock worked as Vice President of Talent Solutions US for Hudson Highland Group.

Since joining The RightThing in 2008, York has led more than two dozen complex implementations and client expansions as an Implementation Manager. In her new role as Senior Director, Solution Design, York will be responsible for consulting with prospective clients to understand their current business state, drivers for change, and business case for selecting RPO. She will partner with sales, implementation, and operational leadership to design a comprehensive, cost effective recruitment solution for the client organization and ensure a successful transition from sales to the implementation process. Prior to The RightThing, York served in various leadership roles with Spherion Staffing, Source Right Solutions, and Kenexa.

Well known for her inherent sourcing knowledge and ability to leverage the latest technology and recruitment tools that have helped enable clients to reduce agency spend by over 50%, Embry, serving as a recruiter with The RightThing since 2008, will now serve as Sourcing Specialist. Partnering with prospects and clients to develop and implement cutting edge sourcing and recruiting solutions that maximize Web 2.0 tools and drive higher quality candidates to the client, Embry will focus on both active and passive candidate strategies incorporating both traditional and cutting edge techniques to create customized sourcing plans unique to each client’s targeted positions. Embry will also work with clients to incorporate the latest social media channels and mobile recruiting techniques to enhance employment brand and marketing communications. Previous to The RightThing, Embry served as a cross functional recruiting consultant for MySpace and Fox Interactive Media.

Noyes, serving as Senior Manager, Proposals & Solutions since 2009, has assisted over thirty clients and prospects discover the most effective solution for their recruitment needs. Noyes will continue to support and oversee the management of best practice sustainable recruitment solutions and will also be responsible for ensuring strong collaboration and relationships with clients. In addition, Noyes will provide consultation to clients in regards to screening and assessment and will work with clients to promote effective change management. Highly seasoned in large-scale RPO business development, solution design and service delivery, Noyes previously served in a number of solutions design roles for RPO players including Hudson, Futurestep and TMP Worldwide.
