CAPITOLA, Calif. / March 6, 2012 — Kevin W. Grossman, Chief Strategy Officer for HRmarketer.com and SocialEars®, will be a keynote speaker at the first ever Recruiters’ Hub Conference (RHUB) in Sydney, Australia, on March 21-22. The international event will feature 25 speakers spread over 20 sessions, sharing their insights in presentation, workshop and panel discussion format.

Grossman will join international and national thought-leaders, recruiting professionals, analysts, technologists, service providers, practitioners and path-breakers who will share their knowledge with attendees. The RHUB event is designed for agency recruiters, talent solution providers and vendors serving the HR sector.

His three presentations, including a keynote on day two, will cover effective strategies for increasing brand visibility in the age of social influence — including ways to engage key social influencers, best practices for targeting the right audiences, and the critical value of content, authenticity and relationship-building.

RHUB Conference addresses the drivers of future change in the recruitment industry, especially the relationship between buyers and suppliers of recruitment services. RHUB will explore new trends and new opportunities, and will provide new insights, new tools and new thinking.

“The days of the mass marketing mentality are numbered,” says Grossman. “Relationship building is more critical than ever and means educating the right HR and recruiting buyers as well as influencers, talking with them as peers. You not only have to create an integrated strategy of compelling messages but deliver them in diverse, creative content for them to consume — articles, webinars, podcasts, videos, infographics, in-person meetings and more. Remember, there is no easy button in marketing.”

One of the most influential voices in HR and recruitment, Grossman has been named a Top 25 Online Influencer in Human Resources, Talent Management, Recruiting and Leadership as well as an HR Industry Top 100 Influencer. He speaks at HR industry events, has moderated webinars and roundtables, and has educated C-level executives on social media marketing best practices.

Grossman leads HRmarketer’s strategic marketing and business development initiatives, as well as advising B2B suppliers on marketing best practices and marketplace positioning. Kevin has more than two decades of business experience, during which time he has helped hundreds of HR software and services companies grow their business. He’s also the co-founder of the TalentCulture “world of work” community that includes the highly successful weekly Twitter Chat #TChat and the monthly #TChat Radio Show.
