Tax Credit Business firms merge to offer one-stop business consulting solutions

Today, the two companies announced a definitive merger agreement to enhance their business by combining the power of TaxBreak’s back-end tax credit processing center and the front end sales and distribution model of the NTC, National Tax Credit Owner/Operator franchise channel.

The merger of TaxBreak, LLC and NTC, National Tax Credit Group, LLC is effective February 01, 2010 and will operate under the name NTC, National Tax Credit, “a TaxBreak company.” Business operations will remain in Gadsden, Alabama and each company’s employees will be retained.
