Austin, TX, February 8, 2010 — Profiles International, a global leader in employment evaluation and human resource management assessment tools, has released a report for business leaders who need a way to help their employees manage workplace stress. The report helps executives raise their awareness of the causes and effects of excessive stressors and it helps them encourage and support the use of stress-prevention measures by their employees and supervisors. Additionally the report helps executives provide employees with tools and techniques for assessing and managing stress, as well as information that employees can use to recognize signs of stress in themselves and others.
“We know that workplace stress can be a major factor in job satisfaction,” stated Jim Sirbasku, co-founder and CEO of Profiles International. “A recent report by the Wall Street Journal stated that nearly one-third of employees surveyed considered quitting their jobs because of work-related stress.
