Manoj Sharma Joins Buck Consultants as Chief Operating Officer

NEW YORK: Feb. 3, 2010 — Manoj Sharma has joined Buck Consultants as Principal and Chief Operating Officer.

Sharma will be responsible for all aspects of Buck’s internal operations related to cost management, efficiency, and optimization.

With a strong consulting and engineering background, and extensive senior operations experience, Sharma has expertise in employee benefits and administration, HR services, strategic planning and execution, business development, and business process improvements.

He joins Buck from Willis North America Employee Benefits, a division of Willis Group Holdings, where he served as Chief Operating Officer.

He received an MBA from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Bombay. He is a frequent industry conference speaker and presenter.
