Which VCs invest in HR technology companies?

From Sequoia Capital to Menlo Ventures, here are five answers to the question, “Can you share a few VC or VC firms that invest in HR Technology startups?”

  • Acadian Capital
  • Sequoia Capital
  • GGV Capital
  • Lightspeed Venture Partners
  • Seed Camp
  • Menlo Ventures

Acadian Capital

Jason Corsello is the Founder & General Partner at Acadian Ventures. I heard him judge a pitch competition of 33 HR technology startups at HR Tech in Las Vegas. Jason knows his stuff, and Acadian seems to be very focused on investing in HR Tech and Workplace related startups.

Quick side note. I was raising funds for our startup and shared who was on my pitch list with a prominent CEO in the HR Tech space. I mentioned Acadian – which happens to also be an angel group in Louisiana – and the CEO asked me if I’d pitched Jason.

That’s how Acadian first got on my radar. Then, was reinforced at the HR Tech Conference in Las Vegas.

In any case, if I had an HR Tech startup, I’d start with looking at Acadian as a potential partner.
