EBI To Present At 2010 Michigan Human Resource Conference

OWINGS MILLS, MD — October 1, 2010 — Robert Capwell, Chief Knowledge Officer at Employment Background Investigations, Inc. (EBI) will present a session at the 2010 MISHRM State Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Wednesday, October 6 at 8:00am entitled “Critical Background Screening Resources — Best Practices and Compliance Mandates for HR Professionals in Michigan.”

Capwell’s presentation will focus on key points regarding the FCRA, criminal records and sex offenders, education fraud and impact of diploma mills, and use of social media for screening as it specifically relates to Michigan employers.
