Ermina comes to Marketing Resources with extensive practice in full life-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and talent development for corporations and agencies. Previously she worked as a contract recruiter for the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she was responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for staff opportunities within areas of marketing, administrative, call center and finance. Before working with the Chicago School of Psychology, Ermina was senior recruiter for KPMG, LLP. While at KPMG she collaborated with Advisory Recruiting Managers in the Northeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions as a strategic sourcing consultant and candidate generation specialist and successfully and consistently generated qualified candidates for Senior Associate to Director level Advisory positions. Prior to that she was a recruiting manager for Aquent Marketing Staffing, where she managed recruitment needs for
the largest and most profitable market of the global staffing firm.
