Automated employee verification solutions help organizations reduce their liability and reduce costs by providing unbiased, uniform responses to employment and income requests and routinely maintaining up-to-date records. An HR officer with the State of Arizona will take attendees of this e-seminar through the process of their latest automated verification implementation. In this discussion, attendees will learn why a decreased budget lead the State of Arizona to choose The Work Number, a service of TALX, and what benefits they are now seeing. They will also learn what to expect during implementation, from setting up payroll updates, to completing internal HR training and creating a website for verifiers.

The event’s featured guest speaker, John Sheller, is the Human Resources Executive Consultant for the State of Arizona. Sheller has been in the government information technology business for 43 years, with 30 years of experience in various roles at IBM. He joined the State of Arizona to help implement a variety of human resources applications, including identifying and justifying automation needs, gaining approval and funding for those initiatives, as well as securing the resources for and managing project implementation. He is responsible for a number of successful deployments with the State of Arizona, including a state-wide benefits enrollment, employee and manager self service, on-line training automated recruiting and electronic time entry applications.

This complimentary webinar is part of the ongoing series of e-seminars presented by TALX.
