Award submissions are now being accepted and the nomination period will remain open through Friday, August 31st.
Organizations will be judged on the ability to demonstrate, both qualitatively and quantitatively, successes in talent acquisition. iCIMS customers can apply for the 2012 Excellence Awards within the following categories:
• Most Innovative Recruitment Process: Recognizes organizations that have demonstrated a unique ability to enhance employment brand, cut costs-per-hire, reduce time-to-hire, and create a welcoming candidate experience.
• Social Networker of the Year: Highlights the companies that have exponentially increased employee referrals, improved brand presence, and successfully engaged candidates with iCIMS’ 2.0 features including Social Resume, Social Apply, and iCIMS’ Social Recruit.
• Best Company Expansion: Rewards the customers that have effectively expanded recruitment strategies to support growth, mergers and acquisitions, and/or international expansion.
