Montage and HCI Host Webcast on Building the Business Case for Video Interviewing Joined by Rockwell Automation and University of Pennsylvania Medical Center

DELAFIELD, WI – March 4, 2014 – Montage, a provider of purpose-built video interviewing solutions to the Global 5000, together with Human Capital Institute (HCI), the global association for strategic talent management, are hosting a complimentary webinar on how to make the business case for video interviewing. The live webinar will take place on Wednesday, March 12th at 3:00 pm Eastern time. Attendees may register online at HCI.

In a recent survey of 100 talent acquisition leaders, 71 percent agreed that video interviewing is on the rise. The three most commonly cited benefits are #1: increases the speed of hire; #2: reduces the cost of hire; and #3: offers additional value over general tools like Skype. Even among those respondents who cited budget as an obstacle, the majority indicated that they want the capability.

“Talent acquisition leaders who recognize the impact purpose-built video interviewing will have on their hiring success are looking to create a strong business case so they can claim this game-changing technology for themselves,” said Montage President and CEO Kurt Heikkinen.

Joining Heikkinen for this panel-style webcast will be Lisa Eisenstat, North American Talent Acquisition Leader from Rockwell Automation and David Schaaf, Manager of Talent Acquisition from The Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania. During the webcast, the speakers will discuss their methods, process, and tips for success in building a business case for important talent acquisition purchases. Lisa and David will draw from their own experiences launching video interviewing to walk participants through step-by-step methods that can be applied to building a business case, and support the addition of any product or service category.
