Profiles International Announces Training on Employee Potential and Organizations in Crisis

Waco, TX. July 29, 2014 – Talent management solutions provider, Profiles International, announced the schedule for two webinars in August, 2014.

Profiles provides complimentary online coaching and training sessions on a monthly basis. These sessions will share with attendees, topics and insight on organizational development, leadership, and talent management so that they may leave the sessions with the knowledge of skills and strategies to implement in their own businesses.

The first webinar, titled “Four Steps for Developing Employee Potential,” will be presented by John Bradford, senior vice president of consulting and coaching services at Profiles International. Scheduled for August 7th at 11 am CDT, Mr. Bradford will be discussing how to develop employee potential.

Organizations in Crisis: How to Spot Them and How to Salvage Them” is the second session to take place. August 19th at 11 am CDT, Sherry Perkins, vice president of enterprise solutions division consulting at Profiles, will discuss crisis management from the perspective of talent readiness, how to define organizational crisis, and highlight the primary types and causes of the crisis response. Attendees may also gain one HRCI credit hour.
