Drawing from her experience as a mentoring program consultant, Insala’s Judy Corner will discuss how mentoring can structure, support, and increase efficacy of onboarding programs. Ms. Corner is an expert in mentoring training, and has more than 20 years of experience in helping organizations create mentoring programs to support and reinforce their onboarding processes.

Highlights of the webinar will include:

- Common challenges during onboarding and how mentoring can alleviate them
