TROY, Mich. (October 15, 2014) – Three executives at Troy-based Kelly Services(R) have been named to the fourth annual “Staffing 100” list compiled by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The 2014 Staffing 100 lists the 100 most influential leaders working in the staffing industry in North America, an approximate $147 billion industry.
The Kelly Services executives included on this year’s list are Carl Camden, president and chief executive officer; Teresa Carroll, senior vice president and general manager, KellyOCG; and Rolf Kleiner, senior vice president and chief innovation officer. All are recognized for their significant contributions to the staffing business over the last few decades.
Mr. Camden regularly consults with leaders of many of the largest, best-known corporations in the world, providing insight into labor trends and advising on flexible workforce strategies. He is a recognized thought leader on talent management and how companies can adapt to the changing economic landscape. He joined Kelly in 1995 and was elected to his current position in 2006.
Ms. Carroll joined Kelly Services in 1992 and served in a variety of executive positions during her 20-year tenure with Kelly(R). Her expertise encompasses business development, operations management, service excellence and solutions design.
A veteran outsourcing and staffing professional, Mr. Kleiner is responsible for creating a new foundation of workforce solutions for the evolving workplace. Named to his current position in 2012, Mr. Kleiner oversees Kelly’s efforts in developing an open and collaborative innovation practice, focused on disruptive business model development.
