PRESS RELEASE: HRO Today Services and Technology Association Releases Staffing Metrics Report and Invitations to Join Baker's Dozen Focus Groups

Philadelphia, PA – September 24, 2015 – The HRO Today Services and Technology Association, the leading networking and content community for advancing professionalism in human resources, announced the release of its 2015 Staffing Metrics Report. Members are also being invited to join new focus groups that will discuss and advise on the future of HRO Today’s annual Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings in six industry lists.

Exclusively for HRO Today Services and Technology Association members, the Staffing Metrics Report discloses how recruiting metrics are being used and what indicators will be impacting the industry in the future. Survey input from HR peers indicated several key findings, including:

– Nearly one-half of companies do not formally track where they get their candidates
– Average cost per hire over time is changing, due to the impact of Internet recruiting
– Predictive analysis is an upward trend, with the transportation/warehousing industry at the forefront

Many other outcomes and metrics are reported to benchmark your organization’s and/or customer’s performance against the national averages highlighted in this research. To view the report’s executive summary, visit http://www.hrotoday.com/association/research.

In addition, the Association has announced its formation of focus groups to evaluate and advise HRO Today on the standards and practices prevalent in each vertical of the industry’s popular Baker’s Dozen Customer Service Ratings released annually (Top RPO providers, Top Recognition providers, Top Screening Providers, Top Talent Management Software Providers, Top Relocation Providers and Top Managed Service Program/MSP Providers). These focus groups will provide new opportunities to learn, to share best practices and to provide input on the direction of this respected program, which has been serving the industry for nearly eight years.

There are a limited number of seats available on each focus group. If you would like to take part in one of these focus groups, members should email Zachary Misko at [email protected], or new members can join now at http://www.hrotoday.com/association/benefits-and-membership as a provider (regional and global memberships available) or as an HR practitioner (corporate membership).

“The opportunity to participate in the Baker’s Dozen focus groups enables HRO Today Services & Technology Association members to continue to drive industry best practices and differentiates us as the governing body of standards and practices in the HRO industry,” said Zachary Misko, vice president and global executive director. “The research report is the Association’s first partnered product with HRO Today’s research team at SharedXpertise. The board of advisors helped develop and launch this research effort, to ensure we continue to provide the HR industry with key performance indicators and benchmarks. Our membership services and benefits continue to broaden, and in turn it is a pleasure to see the growth and increased engagement from our member HR practitioners, providers and thought-leaders.”
