(Lincoln, Nebr.) – Talent Plus, Inc. is pleased to announce the selection of Don Tomlinson as Chief Information Officer. With the rapid growth of Talent Plus, Tomlinson joins a vibrant organization poised to continue its global growth as the Leading Talent Assessment PartnerSM in the industry.
Tomlinson will oversee a team of software developers and Technology Solutions Consultants, collaborating with over 400 world-class, quality-growth clients. Managing TalentBank (R), Talent Plus’ software platform, he will work with clients to innovate and implement Talent Plus’ technology systems and strategic initiatives. In addition, he will oversee all internal systems, external client-facing web applications, data storage, maintenance, software development and software integrations. As part of the Talent Plus Executive Team, Tomlinson works closely with other company leaders to set strategy as a catalyst for global growth and development of our clients.
Tomlinson graduated from Hastings College with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Computer Information Systems. Having begun as a software engineer following his college career, he is well-versed in the development and design of software, as well as in managing teams and project leadership.
Prior to joining Talent Plus, Tomlinson worked as the Vice President of Operations at Kenexa during which time he oversaw the technology offerings for Employee Engagement and Leadership Development. Following his work at Kenexa, he was the Director of Strategy for IBM Workforce. Most recently, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for ATS Secured. There, he was responsible for all aspects of their secured social platform for mortgages and managed the development, design and product features for their cloud-based solutions.
